I am ready to start again.
I became too comfortable not exercising, treating myself more often and have gained 6 pounds from a year ago.
I have a huge task before me - 50 pounds to lose!!! Its a little overwhelming but I know I can work with short weekly goals.
I want to live the rest of my life embracing all it has to offer, not being tired and unable to run, or climb or accomplish goals.
I want my girls to be proud and not worried about my health.
God please give me the strength.
Every morning I try to think of 3 things I have to look forward to, either that day or in the near future. It can be something stupid like a new episode of my fave tv show, or meeting a friend after work or even if I’m going to be gym that evening - it helps, especially on a Monday morning!
